1/4 cup(s) minced onion
2 medium clove(s) , finely chopped garlic clove(s)

Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat a 1-quart casserole or pie dish with cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients, except 2 Tbsp mozzarella cheese, in a large bowl. Spoon mixture into prepared dish and smooth into an even layer; sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake until top is lightly browned and dip is bubbly, 25 minutes. Serve warm with baked chips or fresh vegetables.
